Once the order has been made and once it has been shipped you will be notified, if the order has a tracking number that will be sent to you so you can see where the gift is and its arrival time.
Most of the products will be shipped within 24 hours.
Some of the products are bespoke so there will be a delay whilst it is handcrafted or made to order. This will be clearly marked in the product description.
We encourage our brands to offer free delivery to the same country and most do.
For special delivery requirements, or instructions for the courier (eg: Please leave with neighbour), you should include this at the Additional Delivery Instructions stage at checkout.
Delivery costs are specific to both product and Brand and any delivery promotions will be detailed on the Product information page. Please ensure that you make yourself available at your specified delivery address at the time and date of the estimated delivery arrival. This should be at either your home address or your work address. If you are not available to receive the item, you could be liable for a returned item fee, as well as the additional cost for redelivery. Please note, estimated delivery dates are as described. We cannot guarantee the exact time or date of delivery.
